Please complete the form and click submit when you are finished. Unfortunately you cannot save the form and return to it later, so you may want to make notes separately and copy/paste them when you are ready to submit. Your form will be sent to our events team and someone will be touch to progress your booking.

• POINTS TO NOTE
• Banners (provided by you) to be no more than 1.8m wide and MUST go behind your table
• Poster boards are not available
• You must not fix posters or other items to the wall

Risk assessment: An exhibition stand is a workplace covered by health and safety legislation. As an exhibitor at the CENSIS Technology Summit, it will be your responsibility to ensure that a suitable and sufficient risk assessment is completed for your own stand.(Required)
Payment terms and cancellation: Your payment will be due within 30 days of the date of our invoice. If you do not settle the invoice in this timeframe, your booking is at risk of being cancelled. In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your booking, our terms are: • Up to 30 days before event – 100% refund • Between 7 and 29 days before event – 50% refund • Cancellation less than 7 days before the event – no refund(Required)
